高兴里由原海南红塔烟厂旧厂区改造而来，整体街区共 25 栋建筑：
•主体建筑群以南洋维多利亚红砖低层商铺为主，弄堂式街巷布局
•中轴线两端分别设置 NOYARD（白色通透潮流馆）、APM GALLERY（锈色耐候钢艺术馆）两大现代地标建筑
•整体定位国家级旅游休闲街区，融合文创、餐饮、影院、艺术展览、潮流零售
Gaoxingli, rebuilt on the former Hainan Hongta Cigarette Factory site, covers 25 buildings.
Its core complex consists of low-rise Nanyang Victorian red-brick shophouses laid out in traditional alleys.
Two modern landmarks stand at either end of the central axis: NOYARD, a sleek white transparent pavilion, and APM GALLERY, a rust-toned weathering steel art gallery.
Positioned as a national tourist and leisure zone, it unites cultural creativity, catering, cinemas, art exhibitions and trendy retail.
